Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were updated with great furnishings and a large shower but were overpriced and didn't offer the reserved mountain view, facing the indoor pool with no natural light. However, the room was very comfortable and included a staircase to an upper level with another king bed that we didn't use. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, offering different activities throughout the year in Eastern Townships of Quebec. The location was wonderful for cyclists, offering a nice view of Bromont mountain despite some rooms overlooking the ski area's works yard which wasn't aesthetically pleasing. The dining experience was good but a bit pricey, missing out on some options due to busyness. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a decent range of amenities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but could use some updates. The service was friendly overall, but there were moments of coldness. The location was excellent with beautiful mountain views, although our room overlooked a less appealing area. The dining options were more than adequate, and the facilities were convenient. The price seemed fair for what was offered.
I loved the Mountain View room, which was comfortable and to my liking, though the lack of natural light was a downside. The room could have been cleaner with some noticeable stains on the candlestick.
The hotel is a mixed bag - clean rooms and friendly service but with some drawbacks like small, poorly lit rooms and limited dining options. The location is good with mountain views, but there are some aesthetic issues. Pricing is reasonable, and some facilities are worthwhile.
